Is Capital Punishment valid in our society or not?

Capital punishment is a legal but rarely carried out sentence in India. In India the death penalty is carried out by hanging.

Personally I think Capital Punishments are valid and it should be allowed in country like India which is legal and necessary. There are still people living in this world who does crime like rape, murder, terrorism etc. They don’t deserve to live in our society.

If capital punishments are banned then every criminal will be free to do crime without fear. And because of capital punishment at least criminals will be afraid to do so and after doing such crime like murder, rape, robbery with murder, they would get punishment which they actually deserve.

Our society faces the crime because of criminals, so according to me capital punishments are valid in our society. There are so many criminals who escape from jail and commit even worst crimes. I think capital punishment can only avoid this. And capital punishment will set examples to the ones who are committing crimes without any fear of law and order. And if the criminals can kill anyone then whats wrong when court issue them death. So it’s nothing wrong about capital punishment.
